Order Cancellation and Modification:
Once you have placed an order with us, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before proceeding with the payment, ensuring that all the details are accurate.
Variation in Handcrafted Products:
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, no two items are the same. There may be slight variations in color, flowers, Buti/mirror placement, and design, which add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the artisanal appeal of our products.
Quality Check for Major Differences:
We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped to ensure it matches the product images displayed on our website. In case where there is a major difference between the product in inventory and the product displayed on our website, our team will contact you for verification before shipping. This is to ensure that you are aware of any significant variations and can make an informed decision about your purchase.
Minor Defects:
Due to the nature of our handmade products, you may encounter minor imperfections such as loose threads or minor defects. These are characteristic of handcrafted items and can often be easily fixed with a glue gun or minimal adjustment. We consider these imperfections as part of the unique charm of our products and do not consider them as grounds for return or exchange.
Major Defects:
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a major defect that significantly affects its aesthetics or functionality please report it to us no later than 2 days after receiving the product. To report a major defect, please contact us at neha.sobti@thesandook.com. We may request you to provide photographs or other evidence of the defect to assist us in evaluating your claim.
Return and Exchange Process:
If you have received a product with a major defect and your claim is approved, we will arrange for a return or exchange. Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and process your refund or send a replacement, as per your preference. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds and Replacements:
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note:
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for minor defects or imperfections that can be easily fixed with a glue gun or minimal adjustment.
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
